Krafttraining in der Praxis aussieht. Mit Blick auf Last,
Wiederholungen, Frequenz, Satzpausen, ROM und Technik ordnen wir
die aktuelle Evidenz so ein, dass du direkt etwas für dein
eigenes Training mitnehmen kannst.
