Über diesen Podcast
Dein Podcast für vegane und pflanzenbasierte Sporternährung. Wir
sprechen über Veganismus, Sport und alles Wichtige, damit du
deine sportlichen und körperlichen Ziele erreichst.
Wir sind Marc Dittmann und Dominik Machner und haben
Sportwissenschaft studiert (M.Sc.). Dominik hat zusätzlich noch
Ernährungswissenschaften studiert (M.Sc.). Wir sind beide
selbstständige (Online‑)Coaches und helfen Menschen, fitter und
gesünder zu werden. Marc hat sich dabei auf Veganer spezialisiert
und Dominik arbeitet mit Mischköstlern, Vegetariern und
Veganern.
Wir sind beide seit ca. 11 Jahren vegan. Marc betreibt
Bodybuilding und fährt Mountainbike. Dominik macht ebenfalls
Krafttraining und spielt gerne Fussball.
