Hatha/Restorative flows, this class is for you! This is an awesome
medium-paced power flow that will strengthen and stretch every
single muscle in your body. Jamie is an absolute stickler for
alignment, and you will be given many excellent cues during your
poses to help you perfect your form and get the most out of each
pose. The attention to detail and alignment also helps to keep your
mind focused on the present, giving you a much needed break from
the constant chatter of the mind! Truly refreshing!
