Der Vorwurf lautet: Wir verlernen kritisches Denken und geben Verantwortung ab. Use it or loose it. Aber ist das wirklich so? Wir schauen gemeinsam genauer rein in die Studien. Immer mehr Unternehmen schaffen ihre jährlichen Mitarbeitendenbefragungen ab und setzen stattdessen auf kürzere, kontinuierliche Feedback-Zyklen. Klingt modern und agil, aber funktioniert das wirklich? Wir schauen uns an, welche Formate es gibt, was sie leisten können und wo ihre Grenzen liegen. Spannend ist auch der Widerspruch: Fast alle wünschen sich mehr kritisches Entwicklungsfeedback. Doch wenn es dann kommt, reagieren viele empfindlich und werten die Feedbackgebenden ab oder gehen sogar in die innere Kündigung.Wir diskutieren: Wie gelingt Feedback, das wirklich etwas verändert? Nach den Themen Leistung und Vergütung widmen wir, Ralf, Fabiola und Cliff uns in der dritten Folge einem oft viel vager umschriebenen Allheilmittel: Dem sagenumwobenen „Leadership with Purpose“. Ein klar kommunizierter unternehmerischer Daseinszweck soll Sinn stiften, Orientierung geben und Mitarbeitende langfristig binden. Warum aber gibt es dann Hinweise darauf, dass Purpose allein nichts bringt? Wir diskutieren, was es heißt, dass der Purpose kein „cheap signal“ sein darf. Worte sind billig, aber wie übersetzt man Purpose wirklich in Führungshandeln und auch unbequeme Verzichtsentscheidungen? Was heißt es für HR, wenn man sagt: Messbar machen? Und wie verhindern Organisationen langfristig die „Signalerosion“, die schon so viele Purpose-Initiativen entwertet hat?

Manche Start-ups legen deshalb alle Gehälter offen, andere setzen auf ausgefeilte Formeln, die relative Leistung und Marktwert transparenter darstellen sollen. Klingt modern, aber wirkt es tatsächlich? Für HR bleibt die Gretchenfrage: Wie viel Transparenz tut gut? In dieser zweiten Folge zum Thema Motivation beleuchten wir das Spannungsfeld rund um Vergütung.
