This week's episode features teacher, coach, and personal trainer
Quinton Varce from Colorado Springs, Co.  Quinton and I
connected via Instagram @127fitness because of common interests
such as coaching, living with purpose, and sharing our passion.
 He is currently teaching physical education at a charter
school ranked #168 in the country academically and plans to open
his own charter school, Free Range on the Front Range.  


That passion project comes from his mission to give back to
future generations through movement education and helping youth
