On today's episode, we round out our healthy habit conversation
with my personal favorite: Make Time for Meal Prep!
We start out our nutrition conversation with clients with a goal
to adhere to an 80/20 lifestyle. Meaning 80% of the time,
we are 100% committed to our goals. The remaining 20% is
left to enjoy our lives as we see fit!
Lastly, we want to thank Tristan for the client testimonial for
our Corrective Exercise Program for the low back which we've
tucked in at the end of the episode.

to injured and recovering from an overuse injury. Fast
forward to falling in love with Jiu-Jitsu and understanding the
need to be performing at my best if I wanted to reach specific
goals led me to pairing better workouts for my top priorities.
What changes did I make to ensure that I would be the healthiest
I could be on the mat? Tune in to find out how I made home
workouts better for performance as a Jiu-Jitsu athlete.

Nothing worth it was ever easy. Although today's healthy
habit may seem simple to start, it won't be easy to maintain!
Being mindful about what we eat is a great place to start
when it comes to implementing a new habit that could make a major
lasting change in our lives.
For our three main body types, we recommend different ratios of
vegetables to fruit to take in the recommended amount of fiber
per day plus have sustainable energy to pursue all of your
responsibilities and passions!

episode with one person you think would benefit from the
recommendations mentioned today!
