Our healthy habit for the day is to remind you to get plenty of
rest. It always sounds easy but when we try to apply it to
our busy lives where the expectation is that we cram as much as
possible into our already full days, we end up over worked and
exhausted. Today, I wanted to share easy tips and reasons
you may want to get more rest to recover and repair those hard
worked muscles!
