Our guest, Dub Siegel, was a professional welder by day and for
years built custom smokers at night. His hobby is now his
profession.  He is also a Grand Champion pitmaster from one
of the biggest events each year - The Great Lenexa BBQ Battle (in
our own backyard). Dub also gives tips on upgrading your own
cooker at home. Dave and Dan will talk about putting together
chili on one of these winter days.
