In 2009, Craig Verhage earned his nickname, The BBQ Ninja,
because of his unique style which consists of a bandana,
sunglasses and his flamethrower. Craig teaches cooking classes
that feature wild game he hunts and harvests, including
alligator, duck and venison. Cooking alligator using his
flamethrower has become his calling card. Craig is going to share
with us how to get the most out of venison and gator while on the
grill. Todd Johns of Plowboys BBQ sits in as co-host and shares
some ideas for Christmas dining.
