234: Why we're moving towards company brand from personal brand

I have built my business on Personal Brand, and, am a HUGE fan of
building business on personal brand - to a point. Recently I have
realised the Her Empire Builder is SO much bigger than me and in
order to take the company to the next level of impact that we
want to create, it needs to slowly change from the Tina show, to
Her Empire Builder. 


We want to elevate members, provide exceptional quality education
and support, connection and collaboration and that takes a strong
team that are all empowered to step into those roles. For me, my
role on the back end doesn't change, except to being able to
prodice such a higher level of support, but on the front end
you'll be seeing me showing up differently.
