Amazon Seller Insights, Episode #016: Putting up
page 1 numbers in today’s eCommerce marketplace is a lot tougher
than it used to be. There are millions of listings out there, all
competing for conversions. And with big brands with even bigger
advertising budgets buying their way to the top of page 1, it
might seem it’s impossible to start from scratch. Will and Laura
Land are here to tell you why it’s not as tough as it looks, as
long as you know the right angles! They’ve grown from selling
cell phone accessories out of their house in 2002 to making $55
million in sales and founded Marketplace Valet, your
one-stop-shop for all things eCommerce logistics. Hear what they
have to say about how the marketplace has changed during their
tenure, along with an audience Q&A!

Will and Laura Land: Will and Laura Land have
been in the eCommerce game for a long time. Starting in 2002,
they began selling cell phone accessories on eBay. Once sales
began shooting through the roof, they quickly ran out of space to
store inventory in their house. That’s when they decided that,
hey, maybe it’s time to scale! $55 million in sales later, Will
and Laura founded Marketplace Valet, their eCommerce firm
specializing in inventory, warehouse, and logistics management.
