Algen: Aus dem Meer auf den Teller In diesem Podcast spricht unser Host Boris Rogosch (bekannt aus dem Foodtalker-Podcast) mit verschiedenen Menschen, die auf die ein oder andere Art alle mit dem Thema Algen und Essen zu tun haben. Wir finden heraus, warum Algen für unsere Gesprächspartner so faszinierend sind. Was macht Algen so einzigartig? Und warum sollte man sie auf jeden Fall essen? Was lässt sich konkret daraus zubereiten? Und vor allem wie? Vom Meeresbiologen über den Algenfarmer bis hin zum Koch haben wir alle mit an Bord. Wir sprechen über den Algenanbau, Umweltaspekte, die Algenernte, die Verarbeitung, die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe, den Geschmack und vieles mehr. Dieser Podcast ist im Rahmen des Interreg-Projektes AlgaeFood entstanden. Die deutsch-dänischen Partner haben zum Ziel, Algen in der regionalen Esskultur als Teil einer gesunden und nachhaltigen Ernährung zu etablieren und als Lebensmittel bekannter und beliebter machen.
