Season 7 Episode 7! St Vincentian, Michelle Hart is a solution focused hypnotherapist and meditation teacher with over 20 years experience within social care and the voluntary sector. She witnessed firsthand the burnout and fatigue of the compassionate women around her whose love and care for others did not always stretch to themselves.
