Season 7 Episode 8 is here!

This weeks guest is Sharon Walters. Sharon is a London based
award winning artist and project curator. Her multi disciplinary
series seeing ourselves explores identity, beauty standards and
race through intricate paper cutouts, hand assembled collages,
podcasts, talks and events, with solo exhibitions at Hacklebury,
London and the Midland Art Centre. Walters works have been
acquired by public collections including the National Portrait
Gallery and Soho House, and Sharon can be also be seen on screen
as an artist mentor in BBCs 'Make it at market'. Sharon
is represented by Hacklebury London.

West Londoner Sharon and I had a conversation about what entering
peri-menopause means to her. We covered many topics including:

> spending time in denial about what was happening

> coping with rage and her list of symptoms

> resenting this stage of life.

> learning to take up space through her art.

and more...
