with a community focus.

Rob ran the 2nd annual Chris Lam 5 miler this past weekend - we
kick off our brand new race review segment with a look back at a
great event put on by Widnes Running Club





It's Mental Health Awareness week and this year the focus is
community so we talk about what that means to the podcast and our
Fartlek Family whilst also launching the 2025 Most Miles Wins
competition 





Lou Looks Back is another new segment for this series as Lou has
delved into social media to find some inspirational runners from
London and Manchester 2025 to try and shine a little light on
their story, their cause and their heroics. This week we have a
look at the amazing work done by Ceri Menai-Davis - we hope you
don’t mind the tag!





And of course Ben and Emma are back to talk about their parkrun
exploits. 4 venues since they’ve been a way with some belters in
there as they recap their Saturday morning 5k fix at Preston,
Pendle and Vermuyden Way along with a spot of volunteering at old
favourite Hillsborough
