all the way from across the Atlantic, Ron talks all about his
running journey, his success in Triathlon, his focused and driven
attitude to use movement and exercise to prolong his quality of
life and his 'DO NOT QUIT' mantra

excited about our upcoming community event at Alton Towers this
weekend and announce our big fundraising plans to support Make A
Wish Foundation over the coming months
