The lads discuss last weekend's Fartlek Family meet up in
Manchester, SMJ seems to have got himself into a spot of bother
and finds himself on a deserted island (clearly different to any
other type of island one may be stranded on) and Bemma have an
extended trip around Parkrun with multiple adventures to discuss
- including Emma's 100th Venue!.
