Friend. Rob sits down with the incomparable Rav Billan to chat
all things run streaking (2000 days not out), online trolling and
diversity in running. Rav also teases a new challenge that may
see the end of the streak.... The lads talk about their weeks in
running, a review of the Great North Run and how body positivity
is something that we should talk about more and normalise across
the board. Bemma return from their jet setting to review their
latest international Parkrun, SMJ joins us for the penultimate
round of the Summer Showdown and there are some movers and
