The power of Community, Meditation, and Awareness to Thoughts with Kristina Hayhurst

In this episode I sit down with Kristina Hayhurst a recent
graduate from New York University with a BA in English &
Physics.  Kristina started teaching yoga after her first two
years of college, where yoga was a safe haven amidst a heavy
course load and an ever-moving city.
