In conversation with ... The Menopause Stylist and ex BA
performance manager Gloria Smythe. Gloria, who was raised in SE
London, talks about her Jamaican mothers stoic views on menopause
as well as growing up in 70s SE London to working as the only
Black BA performance manager. Gloria, a clothing technician and
joy bringer, feels compelled to help menopausal women reclaim
their fashion style. She shares her thoughts on menopause
workplace policies and the importance of real education at work.
