Our guest this week is founder of menopause support group
Sister2SisterBU, Marcia Jones.

58 year old Londoner with Jamaican and Bajan heritage, Marcia is
a people gatherer who loves her life and it shows! Marcia takes
us through her life from a shy, introverted teenager to the self
aware woman of faith that she is now. Peri-menopause left her
confused with its physical and mental symptoms but, with a switch
to a  listening GP and self-curated care she is now a
post-menopausal gentle force.

We discuss,

> Self compassion and self belief.

> The deafening silence of our elders.

> Not all GPs are the same.

> 'Sisteraderie'!

>  Diet tweaks that work

And much more!

that ALL who experience menopause are seen and heard. The term
‘women’ is used whilst mindful of this.
