In this episode, you’ll learn: - Why cultural models are tools, not
truths - The five cultural dimensions that matter most for
leadership - How feedback and conflict look different across
cultures - How to build intercultural sensitivity and flexibility
as a leader - Why great leadership is not about ego, but about
achieving shared goals The Coach Doc, Kai Kochmann, is German-born
and works worldwide as a communication trainer, business coach,
transformation consultant and C-Suite-advisor He spent his
childhood in Europe and Asia; attending school in different
countries and cities exposed him early to intercultural challenges
and language barriers. He studied Medicine and Roman Languages in
Germany, France, and Canada, later Marketing Communication in
Cologne. Kai has worked for more than 25 years with clients in
Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia as Trainer and
Coach. He works in German, English, and French. His core
insight—that communication is the bridge to success not only in
personal relationships but also in business and politics—led him
early on to ground his trainings and coaching in intercultural
frameworks and to offer them in multiple languages. He is
considered one of the leading business coaches and consultants on
the international stage. This podcast episode on intercultural
communication is a small excerpt—think of it as an amuse-bouche
rather than a full training module. Are you interested in coaching
or a deeper dive or trainings on this topic for your organization?
