Embracing Imperfection: Messy Can Be Beautiful

Perfectionism keeps us small. It holds us captive with the false
belief that we must be polished and complete before showing our
work to the world.

Today, I'm breaking free from that trap by sharing something
vulnerable - an unfinished chapter from my upcoming book, "I Get
To: The Power of Energetic Choice." This brief but powerful
segment introduces the concept of energetic choice, which
transforms how we approach decisions and challenges.

Unlike traditional decision-making that feels binary and
fear-inducing, energetic choice offers a framework for moving
from powerlessness to agency. The heart of this approach is what
I call the "choice capacitor" - a method for shifting your energy
from "I can't" through progressive stages until you reach the
liberating space of "I get to." It's not about forcing positivity
but about recognizing your fundamental power of choice.

As one colleague noted, this framework functions like Doc Brown's
flux capacitor from "Back to the Future" - it doesn't literally
transport you through time, but it does allow you to alter your
future by changing your energetic presence in the now. I
demonstrate this process by sharing how I navigated my own
resistance to releasing unfinished work.
