Petra Hielkema Chairperson of the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA)

Petra Hielkema is Chairperson of the European Insurance and
Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA). In this role, she plays a
key role in shaping the future of European insurance supervision
and is committed to a stable, innovative, and sustainable insurance
environment. With many years of international experience, including
as Head of Insurance Supervision at the Dutch Central Bank, she
stands for modern, dialogue-oriented and forward-looking
supervision in Europe.
