At 42 years old, Richie Cortes is on a mission to become the #1
40 year old ninja in the world - competing on the World Ninja
League for season 10. Ninja is a sport made popular by the show
American Ninja Warrior. After a rough childhood filled with bad
habits, Richie has been a videogame developer for 20 years at EA
Sports making games like Madden, NBA Live and College football -
and he was a body builder / calisthenics athlete for 10 years
before taking on the Ninja world. After owning a Ninja gym and
helping building the ninja culture here central Florida for near
a decade, he is now focused on just training himself along with
his family as they compete together across the nation.
