for a deload period and factors that might influence which
approach we take. Additionally, we provide suggestions for how
you might want to approach changes to nutrition during deloads
(if any.) Ultimately, the goal of our deloads are to reduce acute
fatigue accumulation to levels again sufficient to allow for
continued positive adaptations to occur prolonging progress.
