suggests for training at short and long muscle lengths.
Kas covers variance in the degree of lengthened position in
biarticular vs monoarticular muscles, theoretical and practical
benefits for maximally training the lengthened position, and
reasons you should also still train in the shortened position,
and plausible roles of titin in the three-filament model on
increasing mechanical tension.
