This meandering talk starts by examining tension, then asks what
is health really? Happiness? We explore difficult emotions,
reactivity, the limbic brain and the buffering effect of
community. What would it be like to be seen in our wholeness? I
describe a grounding, restorative pose and a simple activity for
discharging stress.
