Experience Receptivity, Gratitude and Self Compassion. Giving
thanks is a gift. We need to gracefully receive in order to keep
the channel of generosity open, and show up as we are meant to in
this world. A welcoming, receptive attitude of gratitude allows
those who give to us to feel generous. Practice a balanced
breath, a gratitude meditation and finally envelop yourself in
compassion. This session was recorded live, and I had tech issues
editing it. I would be grateful for your patience.
