On the day the gyms closed in NYC, I taught this down-regulating,
calming practice to address the inevitable discomfort arising
from Coronavirus anxiety. In this slow, gentle flow, we begin in
constructive rest: lie down on your back with your knees up. As
you listen, connect with your inner teacher and deepen into the
present moment. Take refuge in the rhythm of your breath, and
