Restorative Yoga, breathing patterns, guided relaxation and
self-compassion practice to touch peace within. 


Begin in a supported fish position. Lie back over cushions
or blocks placed under your upper back and the base of your
skull, knees bent and knocking towards each other with feet
apart. Make sure you are warm.
