This practice begins with a reading from Pema Chodron from 'When
Things Fall Apart'. You can find any resting pose. Pema
encourages us to find the middle way in order to observe our
restlessness and spaciousness. We don't have to identify with
victory or victimhood, but instead turn our fear upside down to
awaken the bravery that exists in everyone.  


Then, begin a breathing practice from your center, to widen your
circle of inclusion.
