#9 The importance of loving the process

Today's episode is just me, myself and I! 

With everything going on with COVID-19, I've had quite a few
conversations about if and when the shows will be on and whether
or not I will be competing this year. While I can not WAIT to get
back up on the stage, I have made the decision to wait until
Season A 2021. However, I am currently so obsessed (in a good
way!) with the journey that this has been a very easy decision to
make.

The reason I wanted to talk about this topic, is it hasn't always
been that way. It's only really in the last six months that I've
really fallen in love with the process I know it's something we
all struggle with from time to time.

In this episode I chat a bit more about things I've felt help me
focus and love the process and hopefully this is helpful for you
too!
