This week’s amazing guest was the gorgeous Shell Skelton who is
an IFBB Bikini athlete as well as a registered nurse specialising
in dialysis from South Australia,

Shell has competed for four years and has tried her hand at three

Her biggest lesson from competing for four years

Meditating and real self care

Quotes to keep ourselves motivated

Picking a coach

Competing plans/goals

Prepping during Christmas and other events

last comp
