Just me and a microphone today talking all things weight gain!

question about how I feel about gaining weight to gain muscle and
have been asked often about how to mentally deal with putting on
weight.
Gaining weight is a necessary (and awesome!) part of the whole
bodybuilding process and should not be feared! So, I thought I’d
spend a bit of time going into it on its very own dedicated
podcast.
