In his book “PLAY” Stuart Brown says “children don’t
need formal events to initiate play”  but notes that
for adults “ritual and celebration is often necessary to
provide an official excuse to play” .
In this brief episode Lisa discusses the limiting
beliefs about the delineation between work and play and
emphasizes importance of accessing more play in all our
lives.

"It got me to wondering how many of us are out there right
now, waiting for the moment to “be ready”. Whether it be a game,
or just trying something new, how is this idea serving us? The
belief that there is a “state of readiness BEFORE we try
something. ESPECIALLY for fun!"
