go so much further by just keeping your word to yourself, showing
up, and doing the work every day.

Choose one thing and commit to it for 30 days. That’s it. And if
you miss a day? Start over on day one. If that doesn’t sound
appealing, I get it! I am VERY resistant to being told what to
do—even if I’m telling myself to do it. But I found that by
committing to myself, I grew my self-confidence and self-esteem.
