phase: Intensives.


Most people who sell graphic design services, branding services,
copywriting, or a combination of all of these, pitch the
traditional model of having a project delivered in phases. This
is how I used to do it, too.


But with this method, there is an opportunity at every phase for
the project to go off course. You spend most of your time project
managing and comparatively little time doing the actual creative
work.


And that’s why I teach Intensives in the No BS Agency Model to
$30K Months. Because Intensives get rid of 80-90% of the BS of
