Alex finally completes week five of the Couch to 5k after eight
weeks of failing to run 20 consecutive minutes. But now he needs
to start tackling weight loss, and he sets himself the task of
losing 30lbs before turning 30. But old habits die hard, and he
decides to employ the use of a calorie counter app to track his
food.
