covers how to be more confident, the power of our thoughts, how

Teresa is a certified Yoga teacher, nutritionist,
Ayurveda masseuse, birth/death doula, Sacred Ceremonial
facilitator and transformation mentor, with a degree in English
Literature from MUN. Her background as a competitive varsity
and provincial athlete in basketball, rugby & rowing
has given her the motivation and dedication to always push
herself out of her comfort levels to reach her true potential.
After university she travelled the world for many years before
settling in Vancouver to study Nutrition and Birth work. She has
also studied many different forms of yoga in Vancouver, LA, and
throughout India. Her specialties are Kundalini, Prenatal and
Postnatal yoga but she also teaches Hatha, Core Strength,
Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Kids Yoga. During the pandemic
Teresa created a Wellness Online Community Membership - Raise
Your Vibe Tribe - where she shares her passion of yoga,
nutrition, healthy living, meditation, moon ceremonies and all
things wellness related that continues to grow and grow!
