Gahhhh, the coaching world is becoming VERY popular and it is the
new go to form of education. BUT, it can be confusing to navigate
and choosing the right mentor/coach/teacher for you can be
overwhelming. 


I hear these questions and so many more all the time and I get
it. Sometimes I feel the same way and want to take the guess work
out for you so you can take your power back and hire a coach that
will help you get results AND is a good fit. 


Knowing if you need a coach, how to find a coach that is good for
you, and how to make that decision is a H-A-R-D one. But this
