autopilot. It is doing the same thing over and over with little
time for variety or something different, let alone work on those
dreams of yours.


After having a conversation with a dear friend of mine, I was
reminded of the beginning. Of how it all started changing for me
and the one thing that I really owe most of my change to. 


It is the thing that helped me take ownership of my life and made
the changes I did.


It all started with taking back my morning and finding pockets of
time to be intentional.


In this episode, I teach you how to be intentional with your time
and take back your mornings so you can start feeling like
yourself again and make intentional action steps towards anything
you want to change.
