[136] Leading With Vulnerability

“Keep it to yourself!” “Don’t share that!” “What will people
think?”





I think vulnerability gets a bad wrap and people think that
success = keeping it all together, doing all the things and
pretending to be something they are not. 





But, the ultimate success comes from leading yourself and your
business with vulnerability. 





And, I am not talking about laying it all out and sharing all the
things, but I am talking about being yourself, being courageous
enough to share who you are and how to show up for YOURSELF and
your clients. 





This episode will leave you feeling like being yourself is a damn
super power and hopefully help you show up in a way that feels
good and is in alignment with who you want to be and what you
want to achieve.
