of how we navigate our lives. It’s the voice that can either
uplift us or hold us back, and I’ve come to realize just how
crucial it is to pay attention to that inner monologue. One of
the biggest revelations on my journey has been understanding that
you are not your thoughts—you can actually choose what you tell
yourself. Mind-blowing, right?


In this episode, I want to help you explore the ways negative
self-talk can creep in and how we can reprogram it to work in our
favor. I’ll share personal experiences and insights on how our
