Try to own your channel and customers


Go through your booking software and download your customer
database


Best tech stack: Shopify, Mailchimp and SMS


Start with reach campaigns with super targeted audiences and good
pictures


Don't use remarketing. Food is an impulsive buy.


Build boxes or bundles to increase your Average Order Value


Minimum investment for a restaurant is $1K to become digital


Use SMS for delivery tracking, order confirmation and menu
updates
