During the episode Nadja gave us some great insights:
Define your ICP and start engaging with thought-leaders within
your ICP. It's not about engaging with your ICP or buyer personas
but people they are following already and engaging with.
Engage with comments on posts from those thought leaders and
start conversations with your ICP from there.
Send meaningful and personalized messages to your ICP based on
the comment you did on posts
Be consistent. It takes time but be consistent with your posts
and engagement on #LinkedIn
Quality over quantity. Stop adding people like crazy to your
LinkedIn and add "Quality" and "Meaningful" connections with your
network
"The Comment and Send Post" > Provide value, offer an e-book
or something useful to your network, get them to comment and
connect with you to get it. Great way to get extra reach and
extra connections.
Your goal is to get inbound connections over outbound ones.
Be youself. It's ok to ask for help and get a psychologist,
therapists or someone to get through pressure
