What the heck is wellness anyways? It means a lot of things to a
lot of people.  We're going to put the very large idea of
wellness into a usable framework that I call the Three Pillars of
Wellness.  Using these three pillars we can start to build a
wellness practice for ourselves.  In this episode I'll
explain the three pillars and give you lot's of suggestions for
small, simple ways you can start incorporating more wellness
practices into your life starting NOW!   Wellness is a
process and a constant choice. I hope you're encouraged today to
make that choice for yourself.
