Does Collagen live up to all the hype? It's everywhere! Collagen
pills, powders, beverages, creams etc. Celebrities are endorsing
it, "influencers" recommend it, and the claims about collagens
greatness extend from gut health to weight loss, to fuller hair.
But does it really live up to all the hype? Is there actually
sound science to back up all these claims? In this episode we're
going to explore all things collagen including how your body works,
how it makes and uses collagen, and if taking a collagen supplement
could really be beneficial to you. My goal is for you to be
