Emotional Eating That term gets used a lot, but what does it mean?
And more importantly what does it mean to YOU? Emotional eating
shows up in many forms but the underlying mechanism is always the
same - avoidance of difficult emotions resulting in eating when
we're not physically hungry - aka overeating. Unfortunately,
most of the time we don't even realize we're doing it until we're
already doing it! Then we spiral into guilt and shame, creating
more negative emotions we want to avoid. It's a viscous cycle
we get stuck in and the emotional eating doesn't stop. In
this episode I want to help you define emotional eating, get real
with yourself about how and why it's happening for you, and what
