It's SO confusing!    Eat healthy and exercise.  It
seems like simple enough advice, but when you try to actually put
that into practice it starts to get WAY more complicated! Like what
am I actually supposed to DO?   When I was in high school
healthy eating was choosing Subway over Taco Bell.  As a
college athlete healthy eating was pregame carb loading.  As
an adult, healthy eating was trying to eat more vegetables instead
of the leftover macaroni and nuggets from my kids plates.
 None of those versions of healthy choices were necessarily
wrong or right, but NOW, I know more, so I can do better.  And
that's what I want for you too.     We've been fed SO
much conflicting advice over the years. Your friend says her way of
eating the BEST for losing weight.  That girl on Insta says
you should eat THIS way.  Your doctor, if they even talk to
about food, has a different approach.  The commercial on TV
says this food is a healthy choice.  And even the government
chimes in with THEIR version of healthy eating.  Who do we
listen to? Who is RIGHT?   There ARE foods that,
physiologically, are better choices for your health and body
functioning than other foods. However I do NOT play the good
food/bad food game. Instead I make educated choices about what
I want to eat, why I want it, and how it'll make me feel.

all the conflicting information, and help you start to make the
